Summary:
The project consists of two twin hotel towers (A-B) with five floors and a roofed floor.

1 – Ground floor: It contains two reception and each hall has two rooms for management and bathroom as there are four elevators for each tower, including a separate service On the ground floor there are 10 shops with their bathrooms on the sea front.
2 – the roles of the three positions above the ground floor and has an entrance with favorable tendencies for the rise of cars by the tower A and exit from the tower B and in each role of them contains the number of 4 large rooms suitable for stores. The role of the number of forty-four parking lot and stands all the elevators in each role of them.
